I headed down to Cali from NYC back in 2019 to see Dra. Margarita Dorado, and honestly, looking back now, it was easily one of the best calls I’ve made for my health. Since she’s an endodontic specialist and a professor, she’s got a level of expertise that’s hard to find, and the fact that her work is still holding up perfectly years later really says it all. If you’re scouting for English-speaking dentists in major Colombian cities, she’s a total gem because her English is flawless, which made me feel way more relaxed about the technical side of the procedure than I would’ve been otherwise. The vibe at her office was super professional and high-tech, but without that pushy “upsell” energy you sometimes get back home in the States. It’s a relief to know I got world-class care that didn’t break the bank, and I’d tell anyone from the Big Apple to book a flight and go see her without a second thought.
